I found a Video on Youtube today on how to fix the Discoloration as well as the features being left off of NPC's that you create in the Creation Kit today. It works and Is SOOoooo Very Simple. I thought I would post it for anyone trying to make NPC's that want to fix this problem.

MO2 is the bees knees, no question. I am using it and have removed any conflicting Named NPCs from within xEdit. Not entirely sure how to fix this for unnamed NPC's. I had an issue with an 'Explorer' from EasierRider's Dungeon Pack having blackface. That guy didnt obviously conflict with anything, so not sure how to fix that.
